    I doubt it will be forthcoming but im assuming having tried and failed to get the listed status removed the owners have finally been give the kick by the council to use it or they will fix it and then compulsory purchase and sell it for pay for it.

    No doubt the planning permission will follow up shortly afterwards with the traditional "Accidental Fire" as a last ditch attempt to destroy the building.
