visited with AGK and Scaphoid. Nice to meet you both.

Slowly running out of sites to do in Plymouth, I started looking at historic sites and building. This is one of them sites. After a couple of email chains and a letter I was lucky enough to have a private tour around a very large and very active MOD barracks.

We was not aloud to take any pics of any cameras, enterances, fences and vehicles.

Big thanks to the capt who let us in, the guides and gentleman and lady who let us in to the Globe Theatre and have free run :thumb

I did not know there was a fort in stonehouse, so this was a bit of a shock to me. sadly they would not let in. we just had a walk round the dry ditch. its different to any other fort that i've seen in plymouth and alot smaller.

The Globe theatre can seat about 200 people, is used by the millitry and amature dramtics clubs. Really liked it in there. I could have spent longer.
