With Rookie informing me of this mill and suggesting that I take a look, I did so and I have to say I was not disappointed. An excellent place to take a look around, providing some great views of the nearby Chips Building and the Great Ancoats Hospital from the tower.

Information taken from e-architect, although not much information could be found.

"Formerly a machine works, making and assembling equipment for the cotton industry including mills within the surrounding area, it is planned to turn Stubbs Mills into “shellâ€￾ apartments and 15,000 sq ft of commercial space, comprising office, retail and leisure facilities."

I didn't take many shots of the actual floors as most had been turned into what seemed to be office space at one time and provided nothing interesting.

    Cheers for looking. :thumb
