I always thought it was grim up north, i was wrong, plenty of sun and plenty explores, you lot are spoilt up there ;). Nice little mooch this one, some parts reminded me CMH at times, also the hydro pool and gym was a surprise, mainly because id never looked at any reports on this place before.
