We gained access through an unlocked lil' red door on Bradford Street which has now been locked. It was a very nice to explore this seldom seen part of birmingham although it was extremely slippery in some parts which resulted in me slipping and cutting my hand so be careful.

My shitty van had decided to overheat so I managed to limp it off the duel carriageway and I realized that I was just upp the road from this section of the River Rea. I'm surprised this doesn't get more attention because it's a really nice bit of Victorian over-engineering.

Birmingham's River Rea doesn't appear to attract many visitors other than graffiti artists and heroin addicts (needles embedded in the seals between RCP sections) and whilst I'd been meaning to have look down there for the last 4 years or so, I just never got round to it and forgot about it...

It's a really nice culvert with a few side pipes I'm surprised I haven't seen it posted a bit more often Fuck knows what this is doing down there but it's the best place for it And inside was a silt filed tunnel
