Last sunday was a perfect day to visit the forges. Temperature between zero and minus two. A cold wind, grey skies and did i mention snow? So there we were at 8.15 all of us eager to get to work. Since three people in our party visited this location before getting in was the proverbial walk in the park. Once inside - well of course we were still outside - we split up and explored for almost six hours. Once in a while we would meet in The Warm Room. Yes folks we found a room with the heating on and electricity. Which was quite nice given the coldness outside.

To sum things up we did a lot of walking, climbing and shooting. For me having the opportunity to shoot the snow covered structures was really wonderful. When it was time to leave we had a chaotic moment when two workers appeared almost beneath the iron walkway we were standing on. As luck would have it we could hear them talk but they didn't catch our stamping feet.

We descended a bit more cautious and Staticpulse turned out to be the Hannibal of our party. I could have sworn i heard the A-teams tune in the distance.

Thnx a lot to Staticpulse, Loke.be, Tychke, Marc and Meriam for a fantastic day. Lets meet again soon folks!
