After looking at the other threads on this place where it was mentioned it's being demolished soon I figured I should get in there and check it out before it's too late, I tried not to copy any of the photos from previous reports so apologies if there's any similarities.
I was originally heading out to Mayfield but the only access point I could see was quite busy so I thought I'd go back another time and see something else.
As has been pointed out in other threads, there is little history on this place. It was once a papermill but then work started to convert it into apartments which has now halted and the council are getting involved and want to tear it down.
It's quite bare on the inside, very few period features remain.
Here's the third floor:
And the staircase leading up to the top floor which I thought was rather tight!
I had a fun little explore here, it's a good place tucked away out of sight. I went down to the basement in search of the club but there's a big steel door separating the rest of the building from the basement so I couldn't get through.
