I have no idea of the history of this one... It is a textile mill that underwent the usual conversion into light industry. It is currently under demolition. I find it hard to believe we as a nation are not presrrving the few of these fabulous buildings we have left.

The building still had some nice features left. In the centre was a huge asbestos box that I guess you would call a tower. I reached the top and almost thought it was in vein, then I spied a tiny window in the roof, just big enough for my head and one arm to poke through and get some shots from a vantage piont that will soon be gone forever...
