Abandoned Bus Depots

I have been lucky enough to photo-document a few bus depots/bus stations that are no longer in use.

Whilst a lot of depots bit the dust by means of demolition, however I was lucky enough to photograph a few.

1. Gateshead Corporation Tramways, Gateshead - Demolished 2014
2. JW Hurst & Sons, Winlaton - Demolished 2014
3. Sunderland District Tramways, Later Go Wear Buses, Houghton Le Spring - in use as separate units, demolition planned.
4. Liverline Depot, Bootle - Abandoned.
5. Moor Lane Bus Station, Bolton - Demolished.

Big one in Bury has been empty for quite a while, looks like the pikeys have been in recently to help with the clearout.......

If one of those pictures is the bus depot on Hawthorn Rd in Bootle, that's been demolished.
