This is half a report half a question, also please excuse any mistakes I have made as this is my first post on here.

On my trip to Lightwater valley today, I noticed there was a large moss covered building in the middle of the Forrest that could be seen from the ferris wheel. Later on I noticed that if I traveled up the hill beside the public footpath and made my way into the side of the woods I could get really close to it. It seems like it would be accessible through a hole in the side of the building if not for the nature around it being extremely overgrown.

I wanted to share these photos of the condition the ride is in today, as I haven’t found any modern or similar photos. I think it may have been an old water ride the park had up until 2006 when it closed called the devils cascade.

I have found a photo from inside the ride building from a user called sneaky coasters, however it was from a few years ago, does anyone know the way into the building they may have used, and whether it is still accessible?
