View attachment 5799 Don't know any history on the place and can't find anything on google so if anybody knows any info on it please let me know. This is my first report so I'm sure I will get some comments from the regulars but I am thick skinned so bring it on, I will do my best.
I visited with a none member, Rob, who had been told about the place but had to wait months before being told of the location by someone who wants to keep it quiet due to the lack of chavs and not one piece of graffiti to be found which is unusual for a place thats been abandoned as long as this obviously has.
I think it's called Longley farm, but thats not definite but there is one picture on google earth and that what the tag says on it

Hi you need to re-do your pics they are only showing as thumbnails. You need to upload them to a photo site such as flickr or photobucket and then share them from there.

The person who told us knows the owner and I am sure they have their reasons.as you can see I did a good job of keeping it quiet by posting it on a public forum.oops
As for the pics I will try and rectify my rookie mistake and add a few more

So I have to upload them on another site before I can put them on here.at a risk of upsetting the admins that's just wasting people's time.is there a reason behind this?

no idea mate, its just a platform to upload on and it means your pics show up instead of the thumbnails

When posting the pics it asks whether you want to display as thumbnail or full image.i selected full image but they still come up as thumbnail.Admin need to sort this or risk losing new members to other sites.
Will try and sort it tomorrow and add a few more

The person who told us knows the owner and there is approx 10 old classic tractors that need rescuing by the owner before someone else helps them self to them.as you can see I did a good job of keeping it quiet by posting it on a public forum.oops
Well, that's probably gonna happen a lot sooner now you've told everyone about them...

Whether the admins should fix the thumbnail issue is somewhat moot in this case, you shouldn't be uploading them directly to the site in the first place. Just use an imagehost like everyone else on t'internet. It is considered standard practice to do this on every forum on the web.

Ah well, now you've posted it on here the tractors will be gone by lunch time. Because as we all know the local youth use 28DL to look for things to rob. ;) Haha

Couple of ways into the place but the only way to get any of them out would be on a truck down a narrow track which goes through the yard of the owners new house.
