Managed to get to this one today. Very grateful to DrGonzo for the heads up on this one. Has been posted before recently.
Amazing views from this house of the Tamar Valley. You have the main house and one large outbuilding split into 3 sections. The rooms in the house are good size, even the loft is a large space if converted.
Been empty since 2011. It’s a pity you don’t know the reason it’s empty. So many photos in the house, a lot dated 1991/92 of them doing up the house and building up the out buildings. I can only assume this is when they brought the house. Pictures of inside the house looking tidy, loved and lived in. Maybe someone died, moved had no will? Who knows.
Without giving to much away they were called Terry and Anne. From early photos must of been in there 50’s. Anne was artistic, a room upstairs as an art room, and in the outbuilding a pottery room with oven kilns and turntable.
When we first walked in was greeted with a knife stuck in the stool and what looked a lot like blood.
Had lots more photos but only lets you attach 30.
