This one might be a bit lame, but I'll post it anyway.
The building that used to be an old Kwik Save/Sommerfield in Clevedon has been abandoned for years but is still standing whilst the NHS (who now own the site) decide if they actually want to build a new hospital on it.

As it is owned by the NHS, and until recently under early stages of development, security may be an issue. The are a few shops, also abandoned, around the build with an active chip shop the sole surviving business.
