Visited with Rigsby and Root.
This has been on the list for a while but because it was so close to me, I always put it off and did stuff further away first. Rigsby did a recce here a couple of days before and on Easter Sunday, we gave it a shot and it paid off. It's a lot bigger than I first thought and stretches the whole length of the river. It's pretty empty but there's a lot of very old parts that are totally untouched.
It was once occupied by Avon Rubber and various textile industries before it ceased production in 1992. Linden homes have bought the plot and plan to develop it into swanky flats.
