The culvert is filled with rubble, wildly varying water levels from waist deep pools to dry banks, and large chunks of trees.
It's an ankle breaker.
The infall by the A40 has pair of cameras aimed at it and he outfall is under the council buildings.
Not much to say, it's a concrete box with a bit in the middle that opens up for about 10 foot and the final section is a metal thing.
