This bridge was built in 1915 and is still working today - was a nice one to climb - approximately 330 meters in length.
The structure consisted of eight spans with iron parabolic beams, supported by stone pillars.
The bridge was surprisingly clean for it's age and since trains frequently crossed it. Did leave a slight trail of foot prints.
Even though it was approaching midnight the area was rather active - dog walkers passing, random youths wandering around and the gate master - who appeared bang on midnight to lock the gate.
Good job I was wearing dark clothes as he drove up and began to lock the gate as I was in mid assent down one of the arches.
Thanks for lo_oking
