This place is right next to Manchester Airport and about 5 minutes from my office so I decided to pay a visit today (Well it's better than working isn't it)

The site became unused as a new business centre was built next door a few years ago making this place redundant.

Access is easy, hole in the fence and a short walk across a field then through a window, be warned though as it has two security guards plus cameras all over the site.
Really enjoyed this one as I wasn't sure I would be able to get in plus wasn't expecting much as it's not been derelict for long

Enjoy…. Pic heavy!

Great photos!

I spent quite a bit of time in this building as my other half had offices there, it was a lovely place - a great little community.

Never knew about the auditorium, where is it?

Thanks for that, I assume from that it was to the left of the building as you look at it from the main entrance, doors on that side were locked if I remember correctly :)

I'm confused but it is about twelve years since I was last in there.

From memory if you went in the main entrance there were pigeon holes and the reception desk to the right with the stairs straight in front of you. There was also a corridor off to the right which ran the length of the building, parallel with the main car park, we had the very last office overlooking the car park (room 126 I think) it was the biggest office on that row, at the end of the corridor was a smaller lobby with stairs, to the right was exit onto the main car park and to the left was another corridor heading in the direction of the back car park, we also had two offices about halfway down this corridor on the left hand side (rooms 132 & 134). We also had one of the units that are right up the back along the back boundary fence, there was a little cafe in the end of the row.

From the main door & reception it's straight ahead up the stairs
