We had told a few people we were going to Bagneux, all of which had replied "Oooh, I hope you are ready to work", or "Ohh, your back will be ruined!"
After an interesting access, we were greeted by a very low quarry... but what it lacked in height it made up in size! We spent hours navigating, looking for various interesting parts of the quarry. There were good 'concretions' here, deposits of calcium forming stalagtites and other weird looking shapes! We also found 'cave peals', a rare form of concretion, where the build up of calcium is rolled around by the dripping water, forming a beautiful shiny 'pearl'
