It looks like there is a rusty grenade pin in the photo with the bullet casing
After following the corridor, we found a staircase which led us to the shopping centre floor.
Enjoy a free beverage while you're here, you do get quite thirsty after crawling through pigeon shit and dark corridors:
The place is pretty much a wreck since people figured out how to get in here, you'll find an unlimited amount of fire extinguishers just lying around everywhere. Didn't get the chance to explore inside the shops much but seeing all this was breathtaking, something out of a movie set in a post-apocalyptic world:
There's definitely loads to explore here, especially up in the offices and down on the ground floor where the arcade/food court used to be.
Apologies for the terrible photos, I was loaning a Canon 550D from my university so I haven't had a lot of practice with it. If you have any questions then let me know!

The place was used for police training and fire rescue thats why its in more of a bad state then it looked mid 2015.
The bullet casings are blanks. I picked up about 10 of them and 10 9mm casings and took 4 granades 2 smoke 2 flash bang. (All used) then the british army leased it and did terrosits training there and made a right mess.
None of the smashed glass or holes in walls in the main shopping area are from vandals thats from the fire rescue and army training.

Place is long gone now demo teams have been inside the building about 4 months now.
