Thought I'd have a look at the well talked about Barrow Gurney Mental Hospital, as I live not far away.
Didn't have a problem with any security of any type, although there were a couple of builders around, clearing things up etc..
There are some places that you may want to avoid due to asbestos, but it's wasn't a major problem.
Around half of the site has now been demolished, and the rest of it will be going in the summer, which is a shame. What is still there, however, makes for a great explore!
