This former post office opened in 1935 and closed in 2007,
the building was then bought by Leicester council in 2008 for 1.4 million
and is now on the market for an estimated £800,000 thats a loss of £600,000
annual maintenance costs are £30,000.
The building is in very good condition,
with alot of original features.
The roof offers spectacular views, across Leicester.

visited twice once with K M Punk and then with Lost Explorer

Nice ones mate :thumb

Typical Council wasting money. Looks a nice place though.

Can"t beat dark wood in the dark for causing problems when you don"t wanna give yourself away :)
