The hatch is broken off its hinges and had to be bodily lifted off and placed on the ground to gain access. There is about in inch of water throughout the post, except for near the bunk beds, which is dry.
On the surface, near the vent there is a hexagonal concrete post, about 18 ins. high - any idea what that is/was?
