Not too good, I visited the site briefly ( my wife was in car) when we where staying with friends in Mansfield, I enjoy the canals and taking our boat on holiday with us, I believe with a clean on the outside and a plaque at the front detailing what it was used for people would be more intrigued to let it stay! If they flatten it , it will be flats (too many already) or another bloody tesco..... Shame if Nottingham loose another icon

Its biggest downfall is it's concrete construction, there is no way a developer will take that on.
