The History
Built about 1725 in early Georgian style with later alterations. Red brick with dressed stone quoins. Two storeys and cellar, square block of three bays, hipped slate roof. Central octagonal timber lantern with glazed sides, slated roof and lead ridges. Brick stack to right hip, stack to left collapsed 1990. Brick band between storeys. West front with prominent later facade rising to high ogee pediment with stone coping. Later brick lean-tos to rear.

The Explore
Visited with three other explorers after success at an earlier site and what can I say except another amazing derp! There was no sign of the bull when we arrived although I'm sure we heard it. The house has been well sealed although we still managed to find our way inside.

What he said ^ expected this to be trashed beyond recognition by now, ok it's not exactly pristine but good to see the red dress is still there even if it looks a bit more rosy pink these days :D

Unbelievable that stuff like this is derelict, I'd pay a lot for a house like this, even in this state to do it up. Nice report and pics mate.

Not the same experience without a "Bull" stand off :)

And with that, i"m surprised it"s actually still standing TBH
The overflowing cast iron Bath was about to go through the floor into the room below when i was there, along with the uppermost attic floors not far behind by the look of them.

Someones been having a tidy up with the Jumbo bags in the kitchen, and obviously there"s less items showing between reports such as pictures/ frames/ personal items etc i didn"t notice at first till i looked at mine.

Are the Cars still there ? the Bull was guarding them from me so i never got any shots. I know they were pretty smashed up later on from my visit ?

This place was one of my first posts on 28 & Ironically i got called a :wanker by Mr sell-out himself for daring to mention i had made the visit while something was still left of the place post Daily Fail story  or should i say one of his many Daily Fail stories :eek::wanker

As for Code names ? i understand the logic, but it seems most of these code named places on the other sites are pinched/shared/ whatever ? off here anyway by members & non-members alike. So other than making more non-public what can you do. Not that it"d make much of a difference due to cross Forum posters anyway.

Having just returned from Belgium and bumped into to some Dutch Urbexers ? who adamantly insist code named locations are the only way for them to protect the locations, and will only share to known like minded members, & not anything in the Public Domain.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. The only car that I could see on site was the green one in the garage. I shouldn't think it'll betoo long before the bath comes crashing down. I just hope noone is inside when it does!
