Never got around to actually posting a report so hes goes for my first...
The Visit
We spent the day in Sheffield visiting the courts and a few other sites including the brewery.. Also bumped into some "pensioner explorers" here which was a highlight of the day actually
History
Stones Brewery (William Stones Ltd) was a regional brewery founded in 1868 by William Stones in Sheffield, West Riding of South Yorkshire, England and purchased by Bass Brewery in 1968. After its closure in 1999 its major brand, Stones Bitter, has continued to be produced by the Molson Coors Brewing Company.
1. Some amazing graffiti in this place
2. One of the main rooms, used as a makeshift skate park
3. Steps to what I presume was the main brewing rooms
4. More street art
5. The eyes
6. One of many spiral staircases
7. A little opportunity for some reflections
8. Underneath were I imagine the tanks would have been
Hope you enjoyed my first report
