Report - Car Breakers Yard, Wellingborough September 2021

Thanks to Mikey for helping with this.
Went to Northampton to watch a fairly decent figure of 8 caravan banger demolition derby and thought it would be nice to see some off limits bangers quite nearby.
Very overgrown and peaceful 1 hour wander.
No history obvious

Amazed this lot is still here tbh! Last I heard things were being cleared out from it.

Absolutely no evidence of recent access to the site.
Seems a common thing, people saying places are being cleared out or have been demolished when they are not. I wonder what the psychology is there.

Some vehicles have definitely been cleared out of here!
The mk1 transit under the half collapsed garage for starters, though I have no idea how they got that out other than in pieces.
Trapped between 2 development sites now it certain ly will all b gone before long

That red one or the mk1 escorts in far left corner, yes photographed em both it's only down the road but I haven't been for a year or so, I'll pop in again & report back as soon as I can
