Carbide Lamp - water supply needle solidified (?) - need ideas
Got a lamp from flea market this week, looks good, but I can not adjust (?) the water needle.
Tried oil and heat but couldn't get it moved.
I know it will break when I use too much power

That's what I'm talking about, water drops out here

Examples: That in the middle is broken, a part sticks in the valve (left/other lamp)

Cant get to the other side of the valve

Any ideas ?

Tried lots of oil, but doesn't move any little bit.
Somebody soldered on it before, maybe there's tin, where it shouldn't be. I fear I will have to open the watertank (unsolder) to get the needle out.
I hope I will get all parts together again in a way that it will be working.
Lots of work for me lazy guy.
