Some interesting post processing going on here.... :popcorn
Seems to be the norm these days on 28 with the cross pollination of the Forums it seems

I quite like some of it TBH but if it states don't post it .....don't post it ....simples ;)

Anyways .....nice report mate :thumb

It's all about the Foyer and those stairwells for me :)

When I was there @ the same time it sounded like it was being trashed after my entry but no matter how much noise etc was being made when I had to exit through that bottom room there was nobody there WTF ???

And I had a shadow appearing in a sealed rooms window every time I spoke it drifted away then reappeared a few seconds later as I'd had no sleep for 2 days I thought nothing of it just fucked off. Thinking back the sun was shining into said window so how did it produce a shadow as the room wasn't back lit ???????? Weird

Funny that, the same happened when I was last there. There was a group of chavs outside smashing their way in, as we went to leave they had vanished, no police were around to have chased them off...

Sounded like a whole army of Metal Fairies TBH that just disappeared as I ran through to the entry point like on Ghost Ship lol

Best thing was I'd left my P7 on the top floor so had to repeat it, again 120decibels of raping that instantly went silent until I was upstairs and the same silent exit. As I skipped over to the Park it started again ???

And one minute the Media side was fully sealed behind the green metal fencing 5 mins later it had been cut open but nobody was about WTF ?

Didn't feel the same after that so gave the Chapel bit a miss, tempting fate too much :)

Sorry bad edit iPhone has a mind of its own :(

Thing is, you're angles are great, it's the way you take them and edit them that isn't cool. For example, number 7 is great, nicely exposed, great contrast of shadows and natual light on the door, great saturation and with what you've included, it summarises the area in the shot well. But then you've got those first 2 that look not so good, the angle itself is really good, but (i could be wrong) it looks to me like you've tried to edit i to get more light? You need a mix of long exposure and apperture to get light in there.

Then with the editing, some HDR is good, but only the slightest amount, it does give more detail and in some cases a higher quality photo, but 99% of the time it ruins the picture and makes it look like a cartoon.

HDR shouldn't be used to get more light in your pics either.
Number 6 is an example of that, the computer is guessing what's there by trying to adding more detail and it just blurs the picture and doesn't help at all because the computer doesn't know!

That's not to say your photos are bad, becuase i do like them without the effects, in fact i do quite alot and i urge you (if you have the originals) to upload those, or go back to the start and re-edit them usuing literally just light amounts of contrast/brightness/saturation etc. Black and white looks good, that'a why they make B&W film! So keep yeah. I'm just trying to help so please don't think i'm just giving you a full om negative approach to your report. I'm just trying to point you im the right direction! :)

As i say, i enjoyed looking at the pics themselves, without effects, in most cases you've got a good amount of light, and you've got the right angle for the specific shot, far better than myself. Don't try and fix something that isn't broken! :thumb

That, of course, is my opinion, i could well be wrong!

I"m viewing on the PC now and when you say Fisheye lens ? i take it that"s an add on one you screw onto your lens looking at the shots it"s produced, as normally you use fisheyes for super wide not to reduce the optical view of the lens dramatically and include the inside of said adapter instead of the scene intended....or am i wrong and it"s just a Toilet Roll Tube you"ve shot through for the same effect ;)

You might as well have held a black piece of card in front of your lens for a better effect, and the shots would have been sharper and not included the inside of the lens.

I can rec" the Samyang 7.5/8mm (depending on camera make) fully manual all the way, sharp from F5.6 when shooting to infinity from @3ft and cheap as chips...well compared to the brands anyway :)

If it wasn"t for the HDR ruined ones and the circles it"d be fine mate. If you post the originals it"ll be sorted :)

Or post it as is on the other Forums :D
