Ffs as soon as the council find out about it they will seal it up so when someone has the bright idea of “I wonder if the council would do tours” you tell them it’s sealed,or at least PM them.

If we are going to post pictures up of a location.. As long as the means of access isn't given away.. What is the point of saying that is sealed up? Its pretty darn obvious it's accessible.
