This is my first ever ROCpost. It seemed a nice day so i went out on my bike trying to find this place and took me awhile but once i finally found it was all over grown.
The ROC itself has been vandalized and obviously someone has set a fire in their which was a shame. Also the top had obviously been cut off as it still had the concrete around it.
