Called in there not so long ago and a fire on the ground floor was still smoldering away and caused quite a bit of damage to the floors above :

Was just gonna post about this. Was actually looking at a way in last week, been one of them 'to do' things but never gets done. Something to do when I was bored. Actually glad I didn't find a way in now.
