Wonder if anyone is monitoring alarms though as I have seen a fair few people say its gone off but nobody came?

I mean technically they cant do anything anyway because it is open, as long as you dont damage anything

I think some guys from the farm just up the road respond to the alarm, normally takes em about ten mins. Or so I've heard...

I think this is the nearest explore to my house that I know of. Great building and the lake is awesome. One of those explores that's really simple but really works.

Visited on sunday beautiful area with great views but alarm was going off before we even got there and went off on it’s own so clearly no ones checking on it and it’s pretty sealed apart from some dodgy ladders to the 2nd floor

I wouldn’t advise advertising when you visited a location even if unsuccessful. This site is public and known to be viewed by security and owners.
