Question - Climbing Building's

One of my biggest fears about climbing is not knowing what buildings to target. Buildings that are in use I often have no place in, do you just walk in, find a stairwell and make your way up?

Is it me or does climbing buildings always sound a bit too extreme for just walking up a few flights of stairs?

This is climbing a building
anything else is really a stroll up some stairs :D

How about you climb 40 flights of stairs then tell me it feels like a stroll? It's physically intensive to be fair

OK, what about building rambling, stairwell sauntering, fire escape promenading, stair strutting or extreme round and round while going up amble?

Not saying it's nor physically intensive, just the term 'Climbing Buildings' is a little excessive for a stroll up a few flights of stairs.

What is it on the way back down then? Stair abseiling, fire escape jumping.................?

Regardless of semantics, that's exactly what you do, fella...

"do you just walk in, find a stairwell and make your way up?"
