The Homes and Communities Agency joined with Miller Homes was meant to maintain the building and keep it water-tight before Sanguine Hospitality took it over transform it into a hotel, but backed out because it was no longer economical to carry out the works after it has been left to deteriorate.

Last time I checked it was incredibly secure. This was last summer, but I'd doubt much has changed. Big fences, some easy ways over, but cameras and PIRs everywhere. Constant people on site and the building itself is incredibly secure.

That's what I thought, the pictures make it look quite bad now, I'd be surprised if anyone was actually allowed near it, yet alone inside it.

We tried asking security very nicely, but they wouldn't let us. They told us to ask the builders, who told us to fuck off..
I'm not even sure it'd be worth the effort.
But the building right by the gates is quite interesting, I think it used to be a laundry house. That's well worth a look if anyone's in the area and it's still there.
