really fascinated by this storm relief system, sadly I haven't been able to find any information about its construction or design on the internet. It has led me to discovering the function and purpose of some of its components, like eddies vortex. I am tempted to contact SW to ask about the system.

i doubt they would get back, most water companies arent that fond of being questioned about sewers/drains unless youre asking about owning property around the area. always worth a shot though
