A surprisingly large site considering the central location. Gave the perimeter a scan first, spotted the security guard going for a pint, thanks, so made my way in and disappeared into the buildings. All vessels have been removed, but the pipework and pumps are still there.
The site is a mixture of old and new. In the old brewery you can see how it was originally contructed, used cobble type bricks and covered in a plaster. The newer buildings are a more modern brick.
The brewhall is glass-fronted and would have been a centrepiece. The views from the roof are great but the seagulls get really angry at the disturbance, and they're not small.
Spent a good half day in there and there was more to see.
