The former Cromwell Tools unit and the surrounding 1.7 acres of land are currently on the market for a cool £1.5 million pounds with planning permission for several homes. The site also includes an area where a manufacturer of glass reinforced plastics called 'Coes of Derby' used to be. Only a small reception building from Coes now remains and didn't really warrant any pictures, but if anyone had a look around the factory before it was demolished I'd be interested to see what it was like.
There wasn't a vast amount to see here, but since it's practically walking distance for me I thought I'd take a look around. Unfortunately kids and metal faries have been in and made a mess of the place but this is what was left...
