Dalton Mill ,Keighley,
I've seen this mill for years in my home town and wanted to explore for ages and finally did and i now regret not going years ago.
What a amazing place!
The history has been documented many times but if you would like to know more see here: http://www.daltonmills.co.uk/history/
So exactly a year to the day since the large fire that destroyed parts i got in . The main mill rooms are amazing with the size but its all the little rooms of to the sides that are the best, the workshop, " save kate" , toilets, lifts, attics and stair ways.
There seems to be a area used buy some people for dumping what looks like stolen items such as a disabled access ramp from a train and piles of toilet cleaner and brand new packaged ladders? odd?
Anyway the pics
(not the best quality as it was early morning and my camera had mist in the lenses!
Main halls
