Denbigh Asylum is located in north wales, the first part of the hospital was built in 1848,renervation's were added from 1867-1956 when at it's full capacity the hospital could house 1500 patient's and 1000 staff the hospital has come under some heavy vandalism and rain damage a lot of the floors are seriously rotton and very unstable. we met some savory chaps from a certain NW city up to no good near the chapel i think we scared them as much they did us, all in all this was a fantastic day with no real bother, we were on site for 6.30am to enjoy the sun rise while eating breakfast in a run down Asylum....Enjoy
