Well, most of you probably was not expecting a report from this place again, but a quick check to the building just on the odd chance, produced results, The usual entrance was unlocked, and we entered pretty easy, a nice explore, abit on edge especially when you could see people from the active buildings surrounding yourself. I took photos of a decent section of the building, it seems to not be in the best shape but electricity was still one which was vital for our exit. Quite a few holes punched into the walls of the building as they were just partition walls, I Thought i heard a noise but thought nothing of it with the near by building going on, but when we went to exit the site we found the way we went in with a massive padlock over it luckily, realised there was a way out of the main door, so managed to escape who ever tried to lock us in, there is always a first for these things!
History
not really much on the place, its part of an active university site history of that here:https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/lancs/vol4/pp53-54 dates from urban chemist: a complex called the Derby and Hartley buildings on Liverpool University campus (these date from 1901-1905 - there is a brief description in Pevsner)
