Does anyone know any good places around the Brighton area?

Hi all, New to the group and just wondering if anyone knows of any good/ lesser known places to explore around and outside the area of Brighton. I've been to the cement works near shoreham, but can't find really anywhere else like that. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance

Hi use the search button on the forum to help out. Shoreham cement works is close by and a cracking place to start off exploring.

There is a house called Saxonbury in Lewes with really interesting grounds but it is all boarded up. Apparently if you find a gate nearby that leads to some fields there is an old tunnel runs underneath. Lewes Present facebook group has a bit in the archives of the history.
