Report - Eastern Moat Bastions, Dover Castle+secret gate and Ravelin/Redan

Hi guys, done East Demi Bastion. It was great except for the fact that EH have blocked off the rooms that have the spiral staircases and tunnels entering the Castle which would’ve been cool to see.
We then walked down the moat before finding the windows to Hudson Bastion(that architecture) and sealed entrance to East Arrow Bastion.
We went back, looked at East Demi’s Gun positions and hunted down the entrance to Hudson Bastion and climbed it but we couldn’t turn ourselves around inside the window so we couldn’t get in.
We walked along the bank on top of the moat and found another entrance to Hudson which was sealed. Further along the bank, we found the entrance to horseshoe which was also sealed(!YES!) before finding a mortor spigot enplacement and the gate for the Castle they don’t tell you about( can’t remember the name{sorry.}.) as well as a gated off tunnel and a drain-like tunnel underneath the gate.
We then finished the day at the Ravelin/Redan and checked it out. Good day! I’ll be back

Next time you’re up there head for the grandshaft and then come back on yourself there’s a fort still open I can’t remember the name.

Thank you but I thought the Grandshaft was one the other side of Dover? Not asking to but rude; just confused

the ones at the top were but they put a door over the bits with the spiral staircase so I could only do the enterance tunnel, gun positions, magazines and a couple of rooms.

The East Demi battery site and magazines include the area of outer moat with the gun emplacements and gate through to the inner moat and the few bits you've looked at this side of said door. Unlucky with the door its been wide open for about 6 months after someone ripped it out the wall.
