Whilst wandering about the town's oldest fort this crumbling dry building caught my eye.
It was once an English Military Hospital serving to help injured soldiers recover.
The island of Corfu was used during the First World War as a British and American naval base.
As well as a hospital - a convalescent camp was also stationed there.
