Stroke of luck here. Fellas working at the bottom. Managed to turn a flat "No way", to "hold on I'll see what I can do" (getting there), which with some social enginnering was turned into "It's your lucky day, up you come!"
The tower needs no introduction. It's concrete, it was used to test lifts from the express lift works, and it's fucking huge... enjoy!
