Thats crazy, how are they going to "demolish" it? cant see they can fill the whole thing so it will prob be dug out again one day

I imagine demolition of the above ground portion and just backfill the rest as much as they can.

Quite possible. I cannot find anything on the BANES planning/building regs portal. Unless they’re just putting up a fake notice and doing it regardless. It must be about 10 years since they rehung the blast doors and welded them shut. Lasted about 3 weeks!
