Not since july for me but I can’t see the situation changing, I think it’ll be a waste of time and money to block it for no real gain.

I agree mate, I think they only do it to try and stop people going down, personally I think once you’ve done once there’s no reason to go again. There’s so much more to see in the area that’s not smothered in graffiti and has more character.
