Its dry but the external parts have been smashed up a bit.

I've been here recently! It's a bit damp inside now and the drain cover has been removed at the bottom of the ladder. Also the chairs have been taken out and are currently on the floor just outside of the hatch, apart from this it's still and interesting place to check out!
