IMAGE HEAVY..

Visited over two days, the first day got there very early to see the site lit up like a christmas tree thinking this was not a good sign turned out to be in our favour, it turns out they were filming some thing for TV so this kept security busy so we literally had the run of the mill, well almost, we had to make another visit to finish off the main room, this is a fantastic site and i think we only managed about two third's.
Fletcher's mill Oldham or Robert fletcher and son's greenfield has had a long history. the site can be dated back to 1780 when originally it was a wool spinning mill after a series of events from flood to fire the site was taken over in 1920 for the purpose of bleaching and making cigarette papers and closed in 2001, the one thing everyone say's about this site is that it feels like it closed only last week with a lot of the electricity still on, very erie..visited with oldskool...Enjoy
