Another derp house in Surrey, but with a little bit of character I think.

History
Owned by a Richard Noble, this house fell into disrepair in 2008 when he died at the age of 78. Richard Noble was a Expert in British History and was passionate about music.

The house is pretty old and covered in dust and cobwebs. It's managed to escape most the typical vandalism you'd normally see for a house left empty for this long, so that's a plus. It has been partially stripped out, but still has a few bits left including some weird things such as several Jimmy Carter US election posters.
There are a couple of sheds and outhouses, but they are so overgrown they aren't really accessible easily unless you happen to have a machete to cut through the sea of brambles.

The Explore
A nice relaxed mooch in quite an interesting house. It's partially stripped out inside, but it looks like they did half the job before leaving it so there's still rooms with lots of stuff left. It's got quite large loft space with some nice lighting. Fairly clean considering, but really dusty and some of the walls have asbestos warnings on, so I had to be pretty careful not to disturb anything.

Ive been scouting this place out for the past few days, had a run in with the security who still keep an eye on the place. Its real name is fonthills, can only be found through the land registry and some documents in the house.

Nice pictures mate. It’s a lovely place, didn’t realise it had secca. Have to watch out for that.
It was only a threat of calling the police, they caught me outside the gate so no troubles. Soon as you get there head straight round the side and they won't see you, they only glance in as they do the rounds of charterhouse

T

hats why my report didn’t give location but like someone said can’t hide it forever just hope it doesn’t get vandalised
Well hopefully secca check on it every so often. Sadly one day it will happen as someone will plaster its location everywhere, however the access inside is proper hidden, it took me 5 times walking around the house to actually find it lol. Maybe I’m losing it a little

Very nicely pictured!

The blanks look like 5.56, pulled a good few of them from my kit in the old days - seemed like they got everywhere.
