Report - Freightmaster estate rainham london april 2022

Here we have freightmaster estate after cycling past and seeing it empty for some time i decided to check it out a very big site to explore to a while to look round lots of wharehouses and some offices enjoy the pics.
Cant find much but think it is abandoned closed for redevelopment.

Huge site. Shame no history, but looks fairly modern. 3rd from last image pretty nice.

 

[Oldrealm]

This was an industrial complex owned by Oldrealm Limited since 1986. It was sold for redevelopment in 2021. The whole area has now been demolished and levelled and should be ready for redevelopment to commence. The estate was built by Cunis back in the 1960’s prior to that time the land was used for London landfill with much of the waste being transported down the river.
